Evaluations and Assessments

Our evaluation services are grounded in evidence-based practices to ensure accuracy, fairness, and clinical integrity. Each assessment is conducted in a structured and supportive manner, providing clear insights that can guide treatment, inform legal decisions, or assist with educational and professional planning. With experienced evaluators and a client-centered approach, we strive to meet each person where they are and deliver results that promote understanding, accountability, and positive change.

Comprehensive Psychosocial Assessment (Mental Health Evaluation)

Full clinical interview exploring history (family, mental health, education, legal, substance use, etc.) with diagnosis if possible and recommendations.

Parenting Assessment

Includes psychological testing plus inventories on parenting style/skills and an in-depth parenting interview.

Substance Use Evaluation

Assesses the extent and impact of alcohol/drug use, determines diagnosis (use, abuse, or dependence), and provides recommendations.

Comprehensive Psychological Testing

Includes psychosocial assessment plus psychological testing (PAI, MCMI, substance use screening, depression, suicide risk, IQ testing).

Sibling Separation Evaluation

Evaluates the emotional and attachment impact of separating siblings to assist court/DSS placement decisions.

Youth and Adult Psychosexual Assessment

Evaluates sexual development, behavior, risk, and paraphilic interests; includes full history, testing, and treatment recommendations.

Medication Evaluation (Psychiatric)

Reviews symptoms and mental health history to determine if medication is appropriate and beneficial.

ADHD Testing

Measures attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity using behavioral and cognitive tests to confirm diagnosis.

Competency Evaluation

Assesses an individual’s ability to understand legal proceedings, consult with counsel, and participate meaningfully in their defense.

School Risk Assessments

Evaluates potential for violence or harm in a school setting; Offered in three levels; Level 1, Level 2, Level 3.

Mitigation Report

Provides psychological and contextual insights for court, often to inform sentencing or legal decisions.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) 

​An ESA evaluation is an assessment that determines whether an individual meets the criteria for an emotional or psychological disability and would benefit from the companionship of an animal for emotional support. The evaluation typically includes a review of mental health history, current symptoms, and the therapeutic role the animal would play in the person’s overall well-being.

Sex Offender Evaluation

Determines risk level, treatment needs, and potential for recidivism; includes sexual history, testing, and collateral review.

Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Risk Assessment – Victim

Assesses level of danger, trauma impact, and protective factors for victims of IPV to support safety planning and treatment.
