Treatment Groups

We are proud to offer a wide range of treatment groups designed to support individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges. Our group services include evidence-based programs for best practices. Each group provides a structured, supportive space for participants to build insight, learn new skills, and foster personal growth. With experienced facilitators and a client-centered approach, we strive to meet people where they are and help them move toward lasting change.

Traditional Anger Managment

Many individuals take anger management for court-related matters. This group is open to those dealing with court matters or just want to improve skills to address anger. A Psychoeducational group for individuals learning to manage anger through CBT tools, trigger awareness, and healthy coping strategies. 

Batterers Accountability (Anger Management sub type)

A court-approved group focused on taking responsibility for harm, exploring power/control dynamics, and building respectful behavior in relationships. 

Resilient Parenting Group

For caregivers not responsible for abuse but impacted by partner violence or child welfare involvement; focuses on protective parenting and emotional attunement and learning about children’s trauma and how to manage.  

Family Violence Counseling (Anger Managment sub type)

This group is often a request of IDV court or Family court. This group offers therapeutic support for individuals involved in family-based conflict or violence, emphasizing emotional regulation, communication, and accountability. 

Domestic Violence Trauma Recovery

Support group for survivors of domestic violence, focused on healing from trauma, rebuilding self-worth, and developing safety and empowerment. 

Parenting Group- Appropriate Discipline

Parent education group focused on effective, non-violent discipline strategies and understanding child development and behavior. 

Parenting with Purpose (Foundational Parenting Group)

​A strengths-based group providing practical tools and insight into everyday parenting challenges with a focus on structure, connection, and consistency

Breaking the Cycle: Generational Trauma

Explores how trauma is passed down through families and helps members recognize, heal, and rewrite their personal and family narratives. 

Supporting with Pride

Our parent group provides a supportive space for parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ youth to connect, share, and learn together. Through guided discussions and community support, we aim to foster understanding, resilience, and affirming family relationships.

Red Flag Group (Parenting Group for Mothers with Unhealthy Relationships)

Support group for mothers who have a history of dating partners who were harmful or inappropriate, with a focus on patterns, safety, and self-trust. Individuals will build skills to look into healthy dating practices not only for themselves but to learn how to assess if someone is safe for their children to be around.  

Beyond the Borderline

This group supports individuals with traits of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) in understanding how trauma affects emotions, relationships, and the nervous system. Through a compassionate, skills-based approach, participants will learn to recognize their responses and build tools for safety, stability, and self-connection.

Codependency Group

This group is for individuals who struggle with people-pleasing tendencies and setting healthy boundaries. Members often find it difficult to say no without guilt, feel responsible for others’ emotions or problems, and may lose their sense of self in relationships.

Loved Ones of Substance Use

Psychoeducational support group for individuals from families or other loved ones with substance use disorders.
